DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Provider will provide access to the Services (“Playbook”) via www.venueintel.com and through the Apple App and Google Play Stores (“Venue Intelligence Playbook”).
Description of Playbook:
Administrative web application (Playbook “Admin” accessible through www.venueintel.com/login), including the following features:
1. Ability to add, edit, update, delete Venues, including:
  1. Address
  2. Description
2. Ability to add, edit, update, delete Contacts, including:
  1. Basic contact information
  2. Manual input or .csv file import
  3. Search capability by Name, Organization and Title
3. Ability to add, edit, update, delete Events, including:
  1. Toggle view of all Current/Future or Past Events
  2. General Information
  3. Ability to assign an Event to a Venue
  4. Ability to add, edit, update, publish & delete Event Action Plans (EAP)
    1. Ability to create EAP from Playbook templates, copy an EAP from a prior Event and/or customize a new EAP within the document editor
    2. Drag and drop section headers to reorganize content
    3. Ability to upload images as attachments (.jpg, .tif, .png)
    4. Ability to preview content format on iPhone 6
    5. Ability to Publish to Mobile and push updates (with notifications) to mobile app users
  5. Ability to add, edit, update, publish & delete Emergency Operations Plan (EOP)
    1. Ability to create EOP from Playbook templates, copy an EOP from a prior Event and/or customize a new EOP within the document editor
    2. Drag and drop section headers to reorganize content
    3. Ability to upload images as attachments (.jpg, .tif, .png)
    4. Ability to preview content format on iPhone 6
    5. Ability to Publish to Mobile and push updates (with notifications) to mobile app users
  6. Ability to add, edit, update, delete Maps, including:
    1. Ability to upload photos and images (.jpg, .tif, .png)
    2. Drag and drop section headers to reorganize content
    3. Ability to Publish to Mobile and push updates (with notifications) to mobile app users
  7. Ability to add, edit, update, delete Contacts, including:
    1. Assign Contacts to an Event
    2. Invite Contacts to receive Playbook invitation and access to Event content
    3. Define Event roles & contact information
    4. Search capabilities over Name, Organization, Title and Role
    5. Copy Contact roles from a prior Event
4. Dashboard level view of all Venues and all Events
  1. Time, date & author stamp on published data
  2. PDF export of EOP & EAP data in ready-to-print format
End-user mobile application (Venue Intelligence Playbook for iOS & Android), including the following features:
1. Ability to toggle between Event and Venue view
2. Summary view of Events from main screen, organized chronologically, including time, data & location, categorized by “In Progress”, “This Week”, “This Month” or “In the Future”
3. Summary view of Venues from main screen, organized alphabetically, including the city, state and quantity of Events occurring at the Venue
4. Search available for both Event and Venue page
5. Event-level view of EAP, EOP, Maps & Contacts
  1. Event Action Plan (EAP) module contains all Event-specific content created by Admin, including live links to phone numbers
  2. Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) module contains all Event-specific content created by Admin, including live links to phone numbers
  3. Maps module contains all Event-specific pictures & maps created by Admin
  4. Contacts module contains Event-specific contact information created by Admin, including the ability to call or text directly from Contacts module
6. Ability to receive notifications when invited to an Event
7. Ability to receive notifications when changes are made to EAP, EOP & Maps
8. Mobile FAQ’s
Software is officially supported on:
1. Browsers for web app (Admin): the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, and FireFox
2. Tablets for web app (Admin): Apple and Android 7 inch form-factor and up, via latest versions of Safari, Chrome, and FireFox.
3. Playbook mobile app: iOS 8.0 and up, Android 4.4 and up
