Mitigate Risk. Maximize guest experience.

Approach

Venue Intelligence exists to help event coordinators and venue managers mitigate risk and maximize their guest experience. Through a unique blend of technology and crowd simulation services, we help customers better understand the potential risks and opportunities ahead of them and give them the tools they need accordingly.

With Playbook, customers can create their event and emergency plans and distribute them to relevant stakeholders. Through Venue IQ, we help event coordinators and venue managers understand the various “what if” scenarios that come through working with crowds via our crowd simulation services.

By analyzing crowd experiences and combining it with simulation services, you’ll have the intelligence you need to continuously improve your plan.
